The 2nd day of this two day wedding was definitely a blast for me to photograph and be a part of. The day began with a beautiful wedding ceremony at the St. James Cathedral in Seattle and ended with a gorgeous reception at the Seattle Asian Art Museum. In the 2nd portion of the photos you will see Sonali wearing an Indian dress. This is a custom designed dress that was brought from India by her aunt! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a dress with details that beautiful. To be honest, I had trouble selecting which images I wanted to blog because there were just too many that I wanted to show! A couple weeks ago, I finally got an opportunity to photograph Sonali and Aaron’s traditional Indian wedding in Seattle, not for one, but TWO DAYS! I absolutely loved al the textures, color, beauty and emotion of Sonali and Aaron’s wedding, and it was such an amazing experience for me to be able to document all of that. Since this was a two-day wedding, I’ve decided to make two separate posts for each day to tell the story. Please enjoy this first set of photos from day 1 and stay tuned for more!
